Hayley Kamin Flack 

Hayley Kamin Flack, President of HKFA Consulting, Inc. has served the nonprofit community as a development professional since 1995.  Prior to founding HKFA in 2000, Ms. Flack served as Senior Associate at Shakin, Lichty & Boreyko, Associates, a New York City-based fundraising firm. 

 

Throughout her career, Hayley has worked with a host of organizations ranging in size, scope and mission.  Her expertise includes grants development, board fundraising training, development audits, annual report writing, feasibility studies and capital campaign consultation for varied nonprofits including social service, arts, advocacy, health, education, film and Jewish organizations.

Hayley holds a Master of Science in Nonprofit Management from the Milano Graduate School at New School University.  She received her Bachelor of Arts in Communications from Pennsylvania State University.

When not working, Hayley spends time with her husband, three wonderful children and labradoodle.
